On this day in 1993, an Islamic cohort, sucessfully executed an attack at the world trade center in new york city. The operation was planned by Ramzi Yousef, Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman, El Sayyid Nosair, Mahmud Abouhalima, Mohammad Salameh, Nidal Ayyad, Ahmad Ajaj, and Abdul Rahman Yasin. The attack was financed by Yosef's Uncle Khaled Shaikh Mohammed.
